张国强: 男,博士,教授,中国民盟盟员,1980年8月出生,江苏常州人。2002年于南京大学计算机系获学士学位,2008年于中国科学院计算技术研究所获得博士学位,师从李国杰院士,入选南京师范大学“百名青年领军人才”、江苏省“333工程”、江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师培养对象、江苏省“六大人才高峰”。是中国计算机学会高级会员、中国计算机学会网络与数据通信专委会委员、中国计算机学会互联网专委会委员、中国计算机学会首届科普工作委员会委员。

研究方向与成果:

目前研究领域为未来网络体系结构、高能效网络、网络科学与设计、网络流量优化、网络编码等。主持国家自然科学基金3项,江苏省科技厅项目2项,国家科技重大专项子课题1项,作为骨干成员参与过多项国家自然科学基金、国家863和CNGI等项目的研发。在Computer Networks,Computer Communications,Science China: Information Sciences,ICC, Globecom等国内外高水平期刊和会议上发表论文50余篇(其中SCI收录28篇),获得美国发明专利授权2项,国内发明专利授权20多项(其中以第一发明人申请的P2P流量优化专利以人民币200万的价格成功转让)。作为负责人制定四项国家通信行业标准(其中一项已发布),参与制定通信行业标准两项,向IETF提交草案一篇。
